Health and Fitness

   When we think about people who are into health and fitness and people who are not,we notice the two groups differ greatly.These two groups have to totally different lifestyles.
   People who are into help and fitness wake up to her bright sunny morning,every morning,and debate with themselves if they should go on a short or a long morning run.On the last half of their morning run these people one already thinking what healthy taste breakfast they can satisfy the hunger built up on the fun.After they decide what to eat they plan there day with the most things they can pack in their schedule.To these people everyday is good day.
   There are also those types of people who could careless about fitness and health.These people wake up in the morning slamming their alarm clock so hard its like dropping an anvil on a marble.And when they open their eyes no matter how nice the morning weather is,these people always see it as being real dark and gloomy like the middle of the winter in the cob lest of weather.Breakfast is a maybe to them,a maybe ill eat breakfast today or,a maybe ill time for breakfast today knowing they are already late to begin with.The best invention for these people is an alarm clock with a snooze button.This type of people should give important into their health and fitness.
   Although most food is eaten raw,heating food is acceptable as long as the temperature stays below 104 to 118 degree Fahrenheit (the cutoff temperature varies among those in the raw food community).Besides, some consume raw animal products,such as raw milk,cheese made from raw milk, sachem,ceviche (raw fish),or capacious (raw meat).
   Almost everyone is unsatisfied with their weight.Losing weight may be a difficult task but it's like working a puzzle;that have to put the pieces together before capturing the big picture.Most people think that exercising a few times will whip them into shape.However,in order to accomplish their goal they must maintain a healthy,nutrition diet and keep a workout routine while keeping a healthy.There's so many diet plans available for people.If a strict diet is difficult to follow,try just using moderation in your eating habits.Drink more water and limit your calories intake by avoiding soft drinks.Keep a journal and keep track of unhealthy foods.Try substituting also them with healthier snacks such as fruits and vegetables.Exercising is a key in how to lose weight.
   In the strict dietary sense,fasting is the complete abstinence from all substances expect pure water,in a environment of total rest.Juice fasting,a popular variation,is abstinence from all food and drink expect water and fresh vegetable and fruit juices.A modified fast includes small amounts of solid food,usually raw fruits as well as raw and steamed vegetables.Other types of fasts sometimes include brown rice fast,whereby only brown rice is eaten for a week,accompanied by water.
   To be able to maintain good health,people need to be aware of and knowledgeable about food value.In present times,our food choices increased because of advances in food technology.A wide range off fast food,prepacked and processed foods are available.People can educate themselves on food value by reading and asking for professional advice from doctors and nutritionists.Food labels also give information on food values.Description of food contents can help people make more responsible and informed decision on their food choices.
   In the final analysis,if one does not choose to be aware of what they eat a large risk of becoming obese and overweight and fitness are opening themselves up to many health issues.Health and fitness are imperative parts of having a long healthy life,and the ramifications of  not choosing to eat healthy and be active are a risk that should not be taken.Life should not be taken for granted, because without it you are nothing.Be conscious about the decisions in life now,your body does not have to pay for them later.
